Welcome to Tile, the world’s largest lost and found. Tile makes tiny Bluetooth trackers and a companion app that allow you to locate lost or misplaced items in seconds — like your phone, keys, and wallet. Compatible with Tile Mate, Tile Slim and Tile Original. You can order Tiles at http://www.thetileapp.com *Ring your things. Attach or stick Tile devices to anything you don’t want to lose and use the app to ring your stuff when you’re within Bluetooth range. With Tile Slim and Tile Mate you can pick from one of four unique ringtones. *Ring your phone. Can't find your phone? Press any one of your Tile devices to make your lost phone ring —even if it's on silent. *See where you had it last. Keep the app running in the background and it will automatically record the last time and place it saw your item on a map. So, if you left it somewhere, you know where to look first. *Ask others to help. Still can't find your Tiled item? Our “Notify When Found” feature puts every device running the Tile app on the lookout for your lost stuff. If anyone comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile, we'll let you know where it is. This feature is 100% private, so no one knows you're looking for a lost item but you. *Find your phone from any device. Our app turns any phone or tablet into a virtual Tile. Simply download the app on all of your devices — and use the app on one of your devices to find another. Plus, you can use our voice calling feature to call another device from the app — even on silent — to help you get in touch with whoever may have picked up your lost phone.  Notes: * The app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Tiles. The maximum range is up to 300 ft for Tiles Pro 2018. * The app utilizes Location Services to record the last known location of your Tiles, based on your phone’s geo-location data. * Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Tile Premium: Tile Premium offers an enhanced finding experience with exclusive features like Smart Alerts, Location History and Unlimited Sharing. Available for a monthly or annual subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • The recent update caused my tile to crash on start up.

The recent update caused my tile to crash on start up.
  • Doesnt update

    By 1125784947373
I got a til 4 months ago for xmas. I finally needed it today, and the device location hasnt updated in 2 days. Ive checked that I had the most recent updates and nothing. A lot of good it does telling me the location of my key from 2 days ago!!
  • Tiles great but volume could be louder

    By Lady8x
I wish the volume on the tile would be louder. Often it’s too quiet to hear or find my stuff. So if u were at a crowded location it would not be any help. And pinpointing a place with a ton of people well good luck
  • Premium Subscription

    By ZapperZiggy
I have a new email address and this company will not let me switch my account to the new address unless I cancel my yearly premium and purchase a new one at the new address. That is so bad business. I will not be renewing anything from this company. Very dissatisfied with your greedy policies.
  • Strong recommendation

    By DeanoDenver
I wrote a negative review on Tile in the past, but their new releases with vastly improved app give users much more control over how we cn use this valuable tool. Excellent implementation, excellent product.
  • Not consistent

    By Boba-Bola
When you need it the most, it can’t locate the tile
  • This is a nuisance and a waste of money.

    By kgtile
This app reminds me if any of my tiles aren’t with me. I can’t leave any of them or I get the “did you leave...?”message. Also it usually “reminds me 5 or minutes after I walk out my door. By then I’m 2 miles away. This is a nuisance and a waste of money.
  • Product is useless

    By Human in California
It finds my stuff when I’m less than 3 feet away from it, but it is useless otherwise. I dropped my wallet at a department store but the most recent location it was showing in the app was my house, hours before. What’s the point in even having a Tile?
  • Premium a waste of money!

    By Aac225
I paid for premium so I could have the support and the batteries replaced. My tile batteries died in less than 5 months and they won’t replace them and refuse to refund my money. They also want you to jump through hoops to get any kind of help or talk to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve been fighting about this for days now.
  • I absolutely LOVE/HATE my Tile

    By Freddy Fart Face
The amount of time and headaches and rage that my Tile has saved me from is immeasurable. I often lose all my stuff and it’s great to know now that with a push of a button I can find my keys in the freezer or my phone somehow inside the fabric of my couch. That being said, I’m going crazy accidentally setting it off, because my Tile app only stops it’s ringtone once I enter the app, and not when I open my phone. Literally the only flaw.
