Go Payment, which uses Quickbooks Payments, and is part of the Intuit Kingdom, does not sync items or customers with Quickbooks, yet it does record payments into Quickbooks. Seriously? What a half-baked solution. Come on Inyuit, step up your game. Can’t use this app!
  • Customer support number in app is incorrect

    By Simply_Dan
Tried ordering a card reader in app. Met with error message saying to contact a customer service line, but person who answered was unable to help order a reader. Asked for phone number of someone who would want feedback that the number in the app is wrong. Customer service person unable to provide. Will look for alternatives.
  • Charge Button Location-Ridiculous Location!

    By Susan's Take
Why oh why would you update an app and put the “Charge” button in teeny tiny print at the bottom of the screen right near the small round button that closes the app?? It used to be a nice big green button that the customer could easily see. Now I am fielding questions every transaction as to where they need to tap to charge. Then, when I say at the bottom of the screen, they hit the small round button and it closes everything out. This is maddening. Not sure what genius thought this would be an improvement, but please change it back!
  • Non functioning app

Just switched to an iPhone and app crashes seconds after it loads. Worked fine on my android and even iPad. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times same problems.

What a great service. As a new Buisness owner this app has cleared so many question marks I had up. Makes life easy.
  • Pathetic Service

    By ssanbeg
My small company handles not only diet and nutritional product lines but also Home Depot, Macy’s, Target and dozens of others. They complained that nutrition and diet product sales of any kind are against the TOS. So... CVS, any store that handles Diet Coke..? And, they canceled my service without notice. I’d rather stab myself in the eye than to ever deal with this bunch again.
  • I’m trying to like this but....

    By mersgt
I’ve used this for about two years. I find it works 60% of the time. It rejects too many cards using the chip slot and I am forced to enter it using keypad. I feel it reflects poorly on my professionalism. Many times it randomly prompts me for my password at very inconvenient times. I own my own very fast paced grooming business. I usually am moving so fast I barely have dry hands. I become very VERY frustrated when I have to stop and enter info. I try to call and get put into a prompt nightmare. When it works it is great. I never know if it going to or not and it is embarrassing.
  • Tips

    By coastaluw
Needs more flexibility in tip settings, currently only on/off. Would like to customize percentage settings to 15%, 18%, 20%, 22% or Custom.
  • Needs a few changes

Since the new UI update a few months ago I’ve noticed a few things that need changed or updated. - It used to be easy to receive tips from our customers.. the issue is our customers have to sign after the total/tip page and then I have to insert their card, which creates too many steps and customers look at it like “what do I do?”. I’m extremely grateful for their business but I do get customers that like to tip. Since this update we no longer receive tips because I have to make it easy for them by skipping the tip page only so I can insert their card.. Plus, I’m not going to ask them for a tip but if it’s easier for them to select that we may say them again; Which is great for my bottom line since the increase in QB online costs. - Also, the “confirm” button needs to be relocated.. every time a customer goes to sign their name they use the iPad as a rest for their wrist and prematurely hit the button without a signature. This button should be placed up top somewhere.
