  • Very Cute Game

    By Just Whisper
I played Gardenscapes many years ago. I enjoyed it so thought I would try this. This is a relaxing game. The only challenge is completing the match 3 games. Some of which took me 3-4 attempts to complete due to some stupid moves on my part. But I like the challenge. It is fun picking out new furnishings for Austin’s home. I always liked his character. I cannot play this game for long periods as I do get bored after awhile. Not much variety to it. It is a great time killer.
  • Slow moving/progressing

Pros: I like the matching games, story, and thrown in side stories that include a different kind of puzzle on occasion. Cons: this is a slow progressing game. At first, you can do a lot, but after that introduction is over, don’t expect to get anywhere quickly. It’s hard to earn enough coins to buy power-ups and when you run out of lives, you have to wait like 30minutes to play again. By the time you have more lives to play, you forget about the game or you actually have to go back to work. I would actually rate this a lot more stars if they would shorten the time it takes to build up lives, but I guess that’s the point of the make money.

  • Ok

    Great game. Money hungry developers.
  • Very costly

At first the game was easy but then it get hard and it wants you to buy coins to advance if you download it be prepared to pay big and not get as much as you want out of it
  • Too much cost too little reward

    By Gengenja
I really loved this game at first, but am increasingly frustrated with the cost of things (more stars) and honestly, the drastic increase in difficulty of the levels compared to the rate of regeneration? Not worth it. I’ll be deleting it, I don’t spend money on game, and it seems like you have to do so to move on in this OR spend days trying to build up enough stars or beat really difficult levels. I’m out.
  • Rip off

This game is fun, but in short order they complicate the game to get you to buy more coins, I get they need to make a living from their time spent developing the game, but with as many people claim to love the game, I’m sure they are getting a good revenue
  • Poor advertisement

The advertising I saw on Facebook does not match the actual game. It is really aggravating. You think your downloading the game you see and it’s not.
  • Stars and getting to the next level

    By marcin926
I remember when it use to be 1 star to build things, now it’s 4 stars ?! This is insane. I understand making the levels more difficult but the whole star thing should be moved back to at least 2 max! Everything else is fine with the game. I play it all the time.
  • This could be a great game but no

    By Bonadonald
I waited two weeks to review this just to be sure. This game is a huge waste of time. You get one star per puzzle and you end up using all your stars on useless stuff like letting guests in, feeding the cat, baking cakes, and making phone calls. There’s like 20 rooms in the house and I’ve spent two weeks on three of them. This game was marketed as a build and fix and decorate type thing, and 75% of it is spent doing the “candy crush” like puzzles (which are fun) to get one star each and half the time that star has to be used on the most pointless stuff to advance the game. I’ll be shutting this one down now.
